The bone thing you feel may be a sialolith, but can only be confirmed with occlusal xray and ultrasound (if needed).
If it is sialolith, and causes pain while eating tangy foods, then get it removed.
All said and done, you need clinical examination for this. Visit an experienced oral and Maxillofacial surgeon in your city.
Regarding the wisdom tooth, show the cbct or OPG so I can tell u further
