Please gain healthy weight in 2 weeks

Hello, Can you please explain how I can get thicker body? I'm 5'6 almost and weigh 120 lbs.I easily get thin if I skip a meal or two.But considering my body structure, I just wanted to thicker in upper body especially.Planning to do aerobics with recommended diet uptake.Can you please list some must-eat foods for weight gain?Is milk+turmeric good?

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. to gain muscle mass. Yes you can take turmeric milk but better to take protein shake and smoothies for weight gain.
