Please check my Mom TVS scan report

Hi doctor sir /ma'am My mom is 58 years old. Today was her first time getting a checkup with a transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) and Pap smear test. Her last period was at age 52. Then, at age 53, she had spotting twice, but since then her periods have completely stopped. In her TVS report, it says the left ovary couldn’t be imaged and was obscured. Why does this happen? Also, there is no mention of endometrial thickness or any endometrium-related findings. Why is this? Did they miss it? Or is it considered not necessary if the patient has no symptoms? The report does mention chronic cervicitis, and the doctor prescribed vaginal tablets for it. My main question is: Why is endometrial thickness not mentioned in the report? Is it because it's not necessary if the patient has no symptoms? Please tell me I'm very anxious about this sir/ma'am

Endometrial thickness to definitely be measured and mentioned in a post menopausal woman The ovary could not be seen because with age the ovaries shrink and are not visible

This question should be addressed to the Sonologist who did TVS. I always maintain that the patients should not use this forum for fighting a proxy war with their consultants who are treating them in their hometown.

Endometrial thickness is one most important factor to be mentioned in post menupausal lady even without symptoms. There are chances that they  have checked it but forgot to mention. Discuss with sonologist with this report once before going for rescan And ovary obscure may be because of bowel No need to worry

You can ask the Sonologist to repeat the sonography so that one gets to know about the endometrial thickness and the left ovary It’s nothing to worry about as it seems from the report that everything is normal
