Platelet reduction

I was having fever 7 days ago of 100 temprature and since than test for dengue and malaria twice but both are negative but the platlets count is continuously reduced from 143 to 142, 128, 126 and now 118. Kindly suggest what is reason for same

Most probably viral infection..other than the above two.. Don't worry Be calm.. Take your food correctly and timely.. Plenty of oral fluids Take rest.. Avoid contact with others as much as possible.. I hope your vaccinated.. Is there any history of fever at your home
