Hi i just had a interval growth scan and it was found that my placenta is anterior and grade 3 maturity at 34weeks1day. AFI is 11 and one loop of cord around neck. Doppler and size parameters were fine. Does this indicate early delivery will be required and how early is the delivery recommended?

You should repeat scan and if all the parameters are good , go for ,LSCS after 37 weeks
