This sounds like Raynaud's phenomenon — cold triggers spasm of small blood vessels, causing redness and intense pins & needles. It's manageable. Keep hands warm with gloves, avoid cold exposure, avoid smoking and caffeine. Get an ANA blood test to rule out autoimmune causes. If very severe, a doctor can prescribe nifedipine which works well.
Next Steps
Consult me on Practo for proper evaluation and treatment before winter.

Consult a physician for it. This maybe because of blood circulation issue or nerve issue. Proper history is required

Cold-induced redness with intense tingling may be due to a circulation or nerve condition such as cold sensitivity. Consult a physician for evaluation, especially if symptoms are severe, recurrent, or if  associated with color changes (white/blue) it could be raynaud

Sounds like Raynaud's phenomenon or cold-induced vasospasm — palm turning red (not white/blue) with pain also fits chilblains
Next Steps
Keep hands warm, wear gloves in cold/AC; if episodes worsen or color changes to white/blue, see physician for vascular/rheum workup (ANA, etc.)
Health Tips
If fingers ulcerate, turn very pale, or you have joint pain/skin tightness too, get evaluated — could point to an underlying connective tissue disorder
