Pink lumps and rash inside cheek

I have pink lumps and rash inside my cheek from one week...i went to dentist she said that its because cheek biting...i aplied gel on it now its not paining but its still there...some white patches also...im swallon throat form 1 yesterday...i was chewing tobaco for 4 yaers but i stopped it 2 months back...plz help...i sent u pics also kindly see and help me...

It seems to be due to accidental bite on cheek Apply the gel which doctor has given for 3 weeks It will slowly vanish Don't worry , avoid spicy food
