It is written in my MRI report :- Annular posterior bulge at C5 6 intervertebral disc, encroaching on right neural foramina, causing indentation of the subarachnoid space. Meaning of your MRI report Disc between 5th and 6th segment of your cervical spine is bulged and it's pressing on the nerve roots of that segment, resulting in your symptoms. It's highly unlikely to get paralysis with disc compression.
