I have been suffering from the problem of neck pineched nerve for four years. Right hand tingling & numbness problem. I have MRI report. It is written in my MRI report :- Annular posterior bulge at C5 6 intervertebral disc, encroaching on right neural foramina, causing indentation of the subarachnoid space. Please somebody tell me meaning of this. Can i have paralysis?

Meaning of your MRI report Disc between 5th and 6th segment of your cervical spine is bulged and it's pressing on the nerve roots of that segment, resulting in your symptoms. It's highly unlikely to get paralysis with disc compression.
