Pimple problem
My daughter have too much pimple on her face since menarche. I tried every home remedies but not a single works and also leaves pimple scare.
Please suggest.

Hello Ma'am,no need to worry, don't touch pimples frequently, place cold pack before developing them, Take Tab Triphala Himalaya drug 2 tabs at night with Lukewarm water,Tab Purim Himalaya drug 1 tab bid,Wash face with Himalaya Face wash, apply Multani mitti paste twice a week

Give her plenty of vegetables fruits and greengram sprouts everyday,so that her metabolism would be proper and keep her gut clean,also nourishes the tissues.
A good face wash often with cold water would keep her skin clean and free from dust and microbes
Use neem face wash gel twice a day for face wash.
If necessary may need internal medicines ,can call thru practo.
