I have a pilonidal cyst without any superficial symptoms, there is no lesion yet? only thing is the skin their hurts when i sit or if I palpate it. When I palpate I can feel a rubbery thing under moving, and feels fluidy as well. I have taken augmentin but it had not reduced the pain. I am managing with sitting on a coccyx cushion. Does this requires surgery? Or is there any other way to get rid of this? Please help. Thank you.
