Piles haemmorhoids
I have haemmorhoids since 5 years. More like two lumps outside the anus.
For some time they are fine for months then after a hard stool they bleed and get healed.
Today even after a soft stool i had too much bleeding twice on the haemmorhoids with small blood clots.
This is for the first time that i have seen blood clots.
What does it indicate?
And is it possible to shrink haemmorhoids through and medication or only surgery is the option.
Kindly explain.

A lot of my grade 2 to grade 4 hemorrhoids patient have cured .
1st try homeopathy, if you will not cured ,then you can do surgery.

Avoid :- Spicy ,chilly , Oil , Non -veg , Maida types of food for some days as long as you haven't healed.

While external piles can reduce the size but are not reversible
Bleeding occurs from the blood vessels there might be friction
The leading cause of piles is constipation
