Persistent dizziness for 3 days

Hello doctor, Doctor, my mother has been feeling dizzy for the whole day continuously since 3 days, there has been no difference in her dizziness since 3 days till date. We have also got her eye test done, still her dizziness has not stopped and her digestion is also not good for a day or two, why her is so dizzy, I do not understand, please tell the reason, in the hope of a quick answer from you.  please help doctor 🙏

Do some test like CBC, ESR and CRP and Thyroid profile and electrolyte value and Blood pressure etc . Take treatment as follow as... Cap Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 3 day before food. Tab Vertin 8 mg 1 time per day for 3 day. Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for strength and immunity.
