I want permanent solution I m having chest pain while breathing it's increase regular breathing no problem heavy breathing problem while sitting in comfortable chair no problem while breathing because I have cervical lordosis and it's painful so my thinking is because of that my chest nerves pain done with amples of reports checked with cardilogist pulmonologist and 5 to 6 general physician everything is normal m also overweight...So do I need to go for abdominal usg and pelvis ya it's ok but give me permanent solution of chest pain while breathing m frustrated I want to end my life now it's enough dr are not getting any solution

It sounds like you haven’t been given a diagnosis. Do the following 1. Blood tests- ESR, CRP, HLA-B27, C3, C4, ANA, Anti-dsDNA, Anti-Sm antibodies and Vitamin D levels 2. MRI whole spine and sacro-iliac joints for any evidence of ankylosing spondylitis 3. Short course of anti-inflammatory medication like Ibuprofen All the best. J G S R clinic
