Hi, i have been suffering from sever perianal abscess from the past 12 days. till now i have consulted two gastro doctors but no use at all.having heavy pain. please advise.

Hi dear , you need drainage of abscess ( pus) with deroofing and followed with culture based antibiotics accordingly. You need further evaluation , wether you have fistula also. Take care
