Can people with no cyst and normal ovary size and normal thyroid level diagnosed pcod ?.i done all the test its all came normal but my period is not coming from 5 months doctor only suggestinh  me to loose weight

No the diagnosis of pcos is by an ultrasound Ovarian volume more than 10 cc is diagnostic of pcos Being overweight is an important reason fr the delay in periods
