From beginning i have been suffering from Pcod . Initially my period would delay for three to four months. Now from past one years, i am getting periods almost every once in two months. I have improved my diet and try to complete ten thousand steps. Also my medical annual report has been improved- no sugar, prolactin, testosterone issue . Still my pcod is not fixed. How to fix it?
