I have PCOD..Also have problem of weight gain , belly fat , acne and double chin ...I live in hostel ...so can't follow proper diet plan ...can you make a diet plan for me which is budget friendly and also good for pcod..

Managing symptoms of PCOD, involves a holistic approach which is right nutrition and lifestyle management. - ⁠If you are preparing your meals by self, you can meal prep on weekends and consume over weekend, example: buy frozen / fresh vegetables and prepare sabzi / soup / salads over the week. - ⁠For protein, you can prepare sautéed low fat paneer, sprouts, boiled egg whites or grilled lean chicken as part of your meals. - ⁠You can also have dal preparations or pulses vegetable for your major meals (lunch and dinner). - ⁠Try to avoid consuming tea / coffee, first thing in the morning. - ⁠Make sure you exercise for at least 30 to 40 minutes for minimum five days a week. - ⁠Try to have 15 to 20 minutes of walk / stroll post your meals for better digestion. - ⁠Daily sleep for seven to eight hours also plays a role for better health. - You can practice yoga / meditation as well in a week for stress management and overall wellness.
