First of all it's important to find out the injury stage based on their grades. Then if it's grade 1 tear you can do electro therapy and exercise therapy for healing and strengthening. If it's grade 2 and 3 you should consult an orthopaedist for arthroscopic surgery.

Which ligament or meniscus u didn't mention,if it is grade 1 tear through ultrasonic therapy and knee strengthening exercises it will be alright.. In case of grade 2 or 3 physiotherapy won't help u much,u have to go for Arthroscopic reconstruction surgery...
