Partial acl tear of right knee

Sir I am injured when playing football my right knee twisted 2 months ago.....And take MRI it shows there is a partial tear in ACL ligament..... Pls give suggestion ....is't surgery is needed? PDFs hyper intensity is noted and partial tear in the mid substance of acl

Need for surgery usually depends upon few factors like: 1. If the pain is not reducing even after 4-6 weeks of conservative treatment 2.If you are a sportsperson and laxity in the joint hampers your performance 3. If laxity in the joint is hampering your daily activities
