This amount of paracetamol can be potentially toxic and should not be managed by sleeping at home. Please take her to the nearest emergency department immediately, even if she currently feels better. The hospital can assess the exact dose and timing, check liver function and serum paracetamol level, and start antidotal treatment (N-acetylcysteine) if indicated. Do not take any more paracetamol-containing medicines and do not induce vomiting.

No—please do not let her sleep this off. This is a potentially dangerous paracetamol overdose (about 9 g), and nausea, dizziness and vomiting are warning signs. Liver injury can be delayed even if she appears better. Take her to the nearest emergency department now; do not induce vomiting or give any more medicines. Please take the tablet strips/pack with you.
Next Steps
Go to the emergency department immediately for blood tests and urgent antidote treatment (N-acetylcysteine). Do not wait for symptoms to improve.

Health Tips
Take her to the nearest hospital Emergency Room immediately. so, doctors can administer the essential antidote (N-acetylcysteine) and run blood tests to protect her liver and avoid the fatal causes.

Your friend took a large amount of paracetamol within about a day, and that can affect the liver even before any symptoms show up.
Next Steps
Please take your friend to the emergency room now for a blood test, since sleep won't help this.
Health Tips
Feeling okay right now doesn't rule out delayed liver damage, so please don't wait it out at home.
