Dear All, My father suddenly diagnosed with metastatic RCC. Redical nephrotomy was done, now treatment starts as below Keytruda 200 mg every 21 days Danosumab 120 mg monthly Lenvatinib 20 mg OD From last 2 days, he is not feeling good Constipation, loss of appetite, dental pain, Can anyone help, what should we do now
