Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing in your life right now . Panic attacks can be caused due some stressful and negative events in personal or professional aspect. It is suggested that you practice deep breathing and meditation on a regular basis to help clear your mind , going for exercise will also prove beneficial . Try and talk to a close trusted family member or friend and spend quality time with them. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a deeper understanding to your symptoms and also formulation of a personalized treatment plan through psychotherapy sessions .
