I have been suffering from panic disorder. But lately whenever I walk or just standup my heart rate increase to 110. By walking for a bit I feel flutters in my chest and throat. I wanted to ask if this is normal? I am scared to walk a lot or to exercise

Kindly consult with your physician or a cardiologist to rule out if there is something going on at the physiological level. In order to work on your anxiety and panic disorder, consider taking therapy sessions with a psychologist to get to the root causes and form helpful beliefs to live a more meaningful and healthy life.

Please consult a Nearby Cardiologist or Physician in-person. Who will probably get your ECG and Echocardiography done, and rule out any significant cardiac illness. If he/she denies any physical illness leading to palpitation/flutter, then visit your Psychiatrist and discuss regarding further optimizing your treatment.
