Panic Attack

I had my first Panic Attack in June 2018, office related stress. Although to be aware that it was a panic attack took a month. Since then I had been on medication until recently i.e. 15 days ago my medicine course got over since then I have been suffering with lack of sleep, have become very anxious and always feel I'm going to fall down and die. I'm trying to concentrate on my work but horrible negative feelings make my anxiety go up. I also have been experiencing weird pressure in my head when I visit office during office hours

We need to rule out your actual cause of stress . Once that is analysed , you can tackle the related anxiety further. I think you can also think of change in job for changing environment that is adding to your stress. I am an online counselor and you can connect with me through Practo for counselling sessions. Happy to help !

Usually the course of treatment for anxiety disorder and panic attacks is more than what you have used. That might be the reason for your problems currently.
Next Steps
Consult your treating psychiatrist and restart treatment.
