The pain you are experiencing while chopping, writing, or typing could be due to a repetitive strain injury or carpal tunnel syndrome. The pain in your upper back, shoulders, and arm could be related to poor posture or a pinched nerve. It is important to take breaks and stretch regularly if you work for long hours on a computer or do repetitive activities. You can also try using ergonomic equipment or making adjustments to your workspace to reduce strain
