There is pain while passing stool and it is from few months,used antibiotics few times the problem keeps recurring now and then,slight high wbc count shown in recent tests

The most likely cause is fissure. Other causes are also possible though.
Next Steps
discuss in detail. majority of fissures heal if proper treatment is followed. and to prevent reccurrance constipation should be avoided.
