Since two days I'm feeling a slight pain under tongue but i couldn't identify because it doesn't cause any huge pain from today I'm getting very much pain under the tongue while lifting it up ? what it could be i have also attached a image

Hello Looks like there is a tongue tie and also looks like a mucocele due to blocked salivary gland If it recurs, we have to remove it by incision
