I have pain regularly at above and below left ribs sometimes at right ribs area when I had sonography there is nothing shows

If pain increases on pressing the ribs or with deep breathing, it's likely musculoskeletal (costochondritis). If it's related to meals, it could be gastritis or IBS. USG being normal is reassuring but doesn't rule out everything. Note if pain is with eating or movement.
