Pain in right ribs and right shoulder for 2 days. Did take pain killers. And have ice pack. Hard to deep breath.

If there is any muscle tightness first we should release the thightness followed by hot water fermentation and ultrasound and rest while sleeping you should not lie on your effected side and dont carry weights on your right
