Because of shoulder dislocation there can be mild compression over the nerve which may result in symptoms which you have elaborated.
If the sensations are intact all over your arm and forearm and you are able to move elbow and hand, then no reason to panic now. It will go off with time
Regarding the swelling in your fingers- was there any trauma to the hand?
Swelling can happen when you have applied shoulder immobiliser too tight.
If the symptoms persist even after a week.
