Upper left toothache, cavity is not visible but its extreme pain, also sensitivity has increased for cold and hot water

Even though cavity is not visible, there is good chance that it is there either in between the teeth or just above the gum level. Visit a dentist, he will check and tell you.

Hi You need to go for x ray examination of the upper teeth ...sometimes the cavity may be proximal or may be root caries..That can be visible only on x ray....you may need Root canal treatment of the affected teeth..
