Pain in thigh from back side which are unbearable we are apply pain relief spray but not able to get the relief so please advice what I have to do

Well the history is very vague to give you a treatment plan . So you could try ice application , NSAID painkiller and most importantly rest for at least 3 - 5 days and see . If it does not help then you ll need to do a consultation with a orthopaedic doctor to find out the cause of your pain.

Hamstring stretch pain due to tight hamstrings secondary to sitting cross legged. The hamstrings get weaker due to sitting and they have to work more if there is associated knee pain.

As your pain is radiating from lower back, most probably it is due to lumbar spondylosis.

Get xray LS spine done, consult doctor he will start some medications and explain you exercises if lain persist might need to get MRI done
