Hello sir, it can be due to strain of foot fascia. Immediately after waking up give slight massage to your sole with fingers which break adhesions formed. Later keep your both foot in a lukewarm water tub, which increases circulation and release the fascia. Later slight stretches of the foot like standing on the toes which stretch the sole muscle. Do the above before sleep as well.
