Pain in teeth

Seems like a small cavity between two teeth and having mild pain for 3 days. Is it due to cavity ? Will I need to extract the tooth?

Clinically need to see the cavity for ideal treatment. X ray may also be required. Visit clinic

No need for extraction.. visit your nearest clinic and get a xray done. Most probably it will be treated by filling .

No there is no need for extraction of tooth but if you are feeling pain you may have to go for root canal treatment. Cavities may look smaller on outside but when you feel pain and discomfort that means its deeper inside and inflamed your pulp but you also need further clinical investigation if you are not able to visit dentist right now you can take medicine for pain Tab ketorol dt ( mix it in water then drink) but it only subside your pain for sometime your pain fades away permanently only after you visit dentist for treatment to control infection or inflammation

Clinical photograph or X-ray will be helpful to identify the problem . If Pain is during night or too severe it can be preserved with root canal treatment .. if cavity is small just filling is also sufficient and need not extract
Next Steps
Photographs or X-rays

Hello For cavities with pain we first need to take an X-ray and based upon that probably it might be treated with RCT followed by crown
