Get the teeth checked by a dentist so that he/she can see the tooth and can take an xray and tell you why the pain is there. And then medicines should be taken

Hi..the pain can be because of teeth sensitivity or cavities. Check for any discoloration or hole in the teeth.
Next Steps
Medication can just be taken for temporary pain relief. So consult you dentist for the proper treatment.

You should view in the mirror if there is any black or brown spots or catch is there. Pain could be because of Dental caries. Taking Painkillers won't solve your problem permanently.
Next Steps
You should visit to a restorative dentist or an Endodontist so that he can diagnose and treat the exact problem with his/her expertise.
Health Tips
Don't sit back at home and take pain killers till the pain subside.
