Please take Enzoflam s-o-s (you can repeat after a gap of 6 hours) if pain persist. Keep the area clean and rinse mouth with warm salt water rinses 4-5 times in a day tilting your head on that side. Avoid chewing from that side for few days. If the pain increases please connect again and would guide you with the antibiotic course as we can't get an X ray done seeing the current scenario so can't rule out the exact reason.

Pain can be due to Periapical infection or caries reaching deep. Take:- Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals Apply Colgate Pain out gel or clove oil on affected area thrice daily for 7 days Warm saline rinses between meals ☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Moxikind CV 625mg

Hi, You can take a Ketorol DT tablet for pain relief for the time being and i would suggest you to get an Xray done for the same tooth for future treatment options.
