I am having pain in pooping sometimes when stool is too hard (indigestion). Also I got a very small tiny sized lump type thing on my outer anal. It has gotten swollen up 2 times in a year. Then I whenever I start working out so it get shrink then. But I want to know what exact I can do to make them vanished and this condition to be cured.
