Hello, visit a dentist and get a checkup done. if there is a cavity get it filled. brush twice daily, floss regularly, rinse after every meal and get your scaling and polishing done every 6 months.

When food is stuck, flossing is not indicated. When done it pushes the food particle further deeper increasing the gum infection. If it is a mild annoying pain, it could be a gum infection. Professional Cleaning/ scaling can cure the problem. If the pain is severe and continuous, there could a cavity requiring a filling or root canal treatment. Visit a nearby dentist and get a x Ray done for that tooth to arrive at a proper diagnosis.

Dear Madam, Please visit your dentist. The easiest ay to confirm if there is a cavity is a dental check up and an Xray of that area. The X Ray will show the presence of cavity in a tooth or bone loss causing gaps in teeth resulting in food getting stuck there. Once the cause is found out, the dentist will suggest the best treatment options- either a filling or a root canal and cap or maybe just teeth cleaning.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist and get an Xray done
Health Tips
The sooner you get it checked the better.
