I am having pain in lower back. Yesterday it was paining firstly in lower back, then it started moving towards right side. Today since morning I was fine. Suddenly now again it is paining. I am a office worker, sit continuously for 9-10hrs.When it is paining I am feeling uncomfortable, unable to sit. What is happening? Please suggest.
