Pain in legs and laziness

Hello doctor I am having full day fatigue in body. I also have mild pain in legs below knees till sole. Due to this I get distracted and feel tired. What should I do. Thanks

Hi Sir, Thanks for your query. Kindly see to that you have flexibility and able to lift the lower limbs as much above without pain. In such instance this could be a general muscular issue. Else if the pain is sort of radiating then it could be issue of lumbar spine. So should be checked and take some rest. If pain subsides fine else consult your doctor

Fatigue is due to overuse of your body in all that you have been doing all these days. Most importantly give rest to the body by cutting your activities to half for a week. Once you feel better than increase your activities by 10% every week and take a month or two to come back here. Do appropriate stretching exercises.

Fatigue is couse of many of common disease.consideration of your age it  due  to your hypothyroid.check thyroid level.  And motivated your self your doing regular exercise like jogging, cycling, etc
