I feel laziness
I always feel weakness nad laziness . I take proper sleep then also i feel laziness. there is a back pain and also pain in my bones, when i stand for more hours my thighs started paining

Looks like Vitamin B12 deficiency only. Take the weekly injections , you will find the difference. Thereafter go for strengthening exercises .

You might b having vitamin deficiency Definitely b12 deficiency leads to weakness and fatigue and laziness Also vit e deficiency . Also get vit d3 from the early morning sun
