Pain in left side of lower back

I am suffering from lower back pain since 1 week, during travel I pick some heavy weight like carry bag and I feel pain in left side of lower back. I took some medicine but it doesn't help me. Now, while lifting heavy weight, bending forward/backward, walking I'm felling pain. I need help on this. I live in allahabad naini area. Please advise doctor near me.
