Feeling pain in left side in jaws and gums from 2-3days.Unable to chew food due to pain.Feels like some kind of swelling in the gums in back side of tooth..Please suggest some medicine for quick relief from pain

If you are not allergic yo paracetamol, you may take dolo 650.gargle with lukewarm water snd salt. Either the wisdom tooth is erupting or there is no space for it to come out. You might require an xray. Please visit a dentist
