  4. Pain in left arm. I should see for this?

On my left arm i feel some sort of clot under the skin. Its not visible from outside when can feel i touch it. Also i keep getting sensation and very little pain on different part of my arm and shoulder like some tention is happening like something boocking. Also my index and middle finder aches sometims and feel numbness sometimes. What can it be ? And what type of specialist i should see for this ?
