Medications, whether antibiotics or painkillers Never cure any dental problems and provide only temporary symptomatic relief. Many medications will become restricted for used for you if you are a kidney patient but still there are some pain Killers which can be taken safely. You can talk to your dentist or physician about the same because sometimes when it is not possible to get the treatment immediately pain relief is an important component of treatment modality, because extreme pain can precipitate other problems in the body. As Regards your current problem, you should visit a dentist as soon as possible so that the exact cause of your pain can be ascertained and the right treatment can be suggested thereafter. Regards.
