Pain in feets while jogging

There is a tickel of nerve every time i jog or sprint.The pain gets serious after my body cools down when i rest.There is pain in my ineer soul region of foot and also there is pain in my tibia bone (i play football regularly).

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. You can try all the advice given by our doctors...if you are not relieved of pain even then, you should meet a Orthopaedic doctor and get yourself examined and take further advice.

Could be due to multiple causes like vitamins deficiency or strain . Need more history for further treatment
