I understand how distressing it is to deal with constant pain, swelling, and fatigue, especially when it starts impacting your daily life. Given your combination of symptoms—peripheral pain in the feet, swelling, back pain, and generalized weakness—you should consult a Rheumatologist. While a General Physician is a good first step for basic blood work, a Rheumatologist specializes in inflammatory and autoimmune conditions that often present with these specific patterns. In the meantime, it would be helpful to note: If the pain and stiffness are worse in the morning. If the swelling in your feet is constant or triggered by activity. Any other symptoms like skin rashes or low-grade fever. A specialist will likely want to check markers for inflammation (like ESR or CRP) and screen for conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis or other systemic inflammatory issues. Seeking an expert opinion early can help you get started on the right management plan and improve your energy levels.

Next Steps
Since the pain, swelling, tiredness, and weakness are persistent, a proper evaluation and some basic tests would help find the root cause early and guide the right treatment.
Health Tips
Till then, keep your feet elevated while resting, stay hydrated, avoid prolonged standing, and don’t ignore worsening swelling or severe fatigue. Feel free to consult me directly so I can guide you properly step by step and help you recover comfortably.

The combination of persistent foot pain, swelling, chronic backache, and extreme weakness suggests that your body is likely struggling with a systemic issue. At 30, the most common causes for these symptoms are severe Vitamin D3 or B12 deficiency, Anemia (low iron), or sometimes an inflammatory condition like Rheumatoid Arthritis or Hypothyroidism. The swelling in your feet needs careful evaluation to rule out any circulation or kidney-related issues, especially since it is accompanied by constant fatigue."
