Pain in both heel

I feel pain in my both heel from last 6 month. Earlier pain only in my right heel which is from 6 month but from last 2 month I also suffer in left heel. Actually feel when either walking or standing. I already changes so many shoes and sleeper but still feel pain in both heel. Pain is normal and tolerable maximum time.

Perform plantar fascia stretching exercises. 4. Your soles are hard- Soak your feet in warm water before going to bed. Apply BIOFOOT cream along the hard heel. 5. You can take an over the counter painkiller for 3-5 days.
