My right hand pains from shoulder downwards .... especially at the arm at one certain point ... what could be the reason and solution for it to stop pain

If your neck also has some pain ,then get an x ray of neck,pain can radiate from neck also

It could be Cervical radiculopathy or rotator cuff pathology. Get X-ray of neck and shoulder done.

It could be inflammation of rotator cuff muscle. Take anti inflammatory medications Ice packs Physiotherapy
