I feel below mentioned symptoms which makes me uncomfortable through out day. only i feel ok during night while sleeping. dull pain in knees dull pain low limbs dull pain in thighs, arms and shoulders while moving neck i feel pain in upper and left side of ilupper neck with headache sometimes. i feel sometimes numbness in arms and legs and feet also especially during night. feeling dizziness i did my all tests like uric acid normal ldh normal cpk normal esr normal CRP normal rf normal calcium 9.12 vitamin b12 normal only vitamin d was 20 these tests have been done on 06/4/23 i took 6lacs shorts for vitamin d and once a week one tablet osta d3 fr one month. but i feel no response still feeling weakness in arms legs and shoulders. my USG is ok ECG is ok i took vitamin b1 tablets provinol plus tab nortrip pg gabapentin etc but no relax. i am also suffering from mild cervical spondalysis did 15 sessions of physio therapy but still no relax kindly suggest what to do and whom doctor to g

Since all your test reports are within normal range and you have also taken necessary vitamin supplements, it looks more like a psychological problem. Might be anxiety and depression ( will require a detailed history for that). If you have a sedentary office job requiring sitting at computer for long duration, please take small 5-10 min breaks to stretch your body every 45min - 1 hr. Also try to take out time for some yoga or physical activity at least 3-5 times a week.That will certainly help.

Sir 1.,vitamin D would be needed for another month at least.once your levels sre normalized you will start ferling bettter. 2.after 35 years,we start to lose muscle and also our energy with that.to counteract that we must do strengthening exercises.too much rest also reduces muscle mass. 3.depending on the severity of the spondylitis,it may take time for recovery
